Enhanced fuel economy with the increased number of gears

HYUNDAI TRANSYS mass-produced the first domestic 5-speed rear-wheel AT.With mass production of 8-speed rear-wheel AT in 2010, HYUNDAI TRANSYS established full line-up and has satisfied the needs of domestic and international customers.

The 8-speed rear-wheel AT reduces fuel consumption and provides improved speed change functions with more gears in the transmission. It is a new model satisfying the latest trend for the development of high functioning engines and better fuel economy. HYUNDAI TRANSYS provides pleasant driving experience with the enhanced speed change, acceleration and fuel efficiency. We also ensure sufficient driving power in low speed, silence in high speed and improved fuel economy. The introduction of integrated cases and high-vacuum aluminum die-casting process strengthens the durability of transmissions and reduces fuel consumption by saving weight compared to current models.
