HYUNDAI TRANSYS establishes and operates its human rights policy based on international standards and guidelines related to human rights and labor, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the ILO Charter, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidelines.

Human Rights Risk Management System

HYUNDAI TRANSYS establishes internal systems necessary for implementation in accordance with its human rights policy, regularly assesses and improves human rights risks, and shares the results with stakeholders. The human rights management team implements the risk management system based on the principle of good faith and periodically reviews the system to proactively reflect social changes.
