HYUNDAI TRANSYS Supports Partners in Developing Overseas Markets

- Taking the lead in shared growth with partners, such as operating online video purchase consultations for overseas buyers
- Offering support for participation in AUTOMOTIVE WORLD in Tokyo, Japan, providing counseling worth KRW 50 billion to 4 partners

HYUNDAI TRANSYS is taking the lead in win-win management by operating a support program for its partners with global competitiveness to develop overseas markets.

Since 2020, the company has been planning and operating the “online video purchase consultation for overseas buyers,” allowing overseas buyers and partner companies to meet virtually when partner companies were having difficulties developing overseas sales channels because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This effort is part of the “Support Project for Joint Advancement of Large and SME Businesses,” which caters to small and medium-sized businesses, allowing them to develop overseas sales channels through the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs.

This year, HYUNDAI TRANSYS will provide support for the entire process, including finding and matching overseas buyers, submitting quotations, and providing interpretation services, in over 40 events from June to December. Every year, 20 partner companies conduct consultations worth KRW 600 billion with overseas buyers from the United States, Europe, India, and Australia.

The company also supports its partners’ participation in international exhibitions. At AUTOMOTIVE WORLD in Tokyo, Japan, last September 2023, a “HYUNDAI TRANSYS Partners Joint Pavilion ” was set up to help four partner companies develop overseas sales channels.

AUTOMOTIVE WORLD is the largest exhibition in the automotive field where buyers and engineers from automakers and parts companies worldwide gather to share information on new technologies and actively purchase parts and technologies to generate new businesses.

The consultations conducted by HYUNDAI TRANSYS’ partners during the event amounted to KRW 50 billion, and the company is also working on follow-up management, such as supporting ongoing meetings with buyers, with the aim of fostering successful contract agreements.

Meanwhile, in recognition of its efforts for shared growth and cooperation with partners, HYUNDAI TRANSYS received the highest rating for nine consecutive years in the Win-win Growth Index announced by the Korean Commission for Corporate Partnership, marking a first in the automobile parts industry. HYUNDAI TRANSYS plans to continue supporting its partner companies in developing sales channels and strengthening their competitiveness, making sure to spare no effort.
