HYUNDAI TRANSYS Holds PARTNer Achievement Sharing Event

- Sharing growth achievements with over 100 partner companies and establishing plans for 2024
- Recognized as the top company for nine consecutive years in the Collaborative Growth Index of the Collaborative Growth Committee, a first in the automotive parts industry

On the 11th, HYUNDAI TRANSYS hosted the “2023 PARTNer Achievement Sharing Event.”

The PARTNer Achievement Sharing Event is a gathering of HYUNDAI TRANSYS employees and collaborative growth managers from partner companies to share the results of the Shared Growth Program operated over the past year and jointly establish plans for the following year. This year, over 100 partner companies participated.

During the event, HYUNDAI TRANSYS shared the achievements of its partner support program, “PARTNer,” based on five execution tasks: ▲ Corporate development support (Progress) ▲ corporate survival support (Assistance) ▲ capacity enhancement support (Reinforcement) ▲ technology support (Technology) and ▲ communication channel establishment (Network).

The “Shared Growth Fund” has deposited KRW 400 billion for operations, up by KRW 100 billion from 2022, to stabilize the management of partner companies. Policies are in place to provide cash payments to partner companies with less than KRW 1 billion in revenue.

Since 2020, the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic hindered partner companies’ revenue expansion. HYUNDAI TRANSYS has been planning and operating online purchase consultation sessions and assisting a total of 33 partner companies in exploring overseas markets through various programs such as participation support in overseas exhibitions and financial support for local adaptation.

Furthermore, HYUNDAI TRANSYS provided free support for data vouchers and smart factory construction to 21 small and medium-sized partner companies by leveraging government-supported projects. Efforts were also made to enhance the capabilities of partner company employees through education on environmental, social, and governance (ESG), major disaster penalty laws, quality, and practical technology, benefiting 3,105 individuals from 289 companies.

Following the shared growth presentation, the event included a technology protection education session by the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business Rural Affairs and a seminar on overseas expansion strategies by Park Gun-ho, Korea Operation manager of Mayne McKenney.

HYUNDAI TRANSYS plans to strengthen the Shared Growth Program in 2024 based on the feedback received from partner companies during the event. The company aims to increase programs that can provide assistance on-site and enhance the operation of “Service on the Go,” where executives, including the CEO, visit partner companies throughout the year for feedback and support.

Meanwhile, HYUNDAI TRANSYS received the highest rating for the ninth consecutive year in the Win-Win Growth Index evaluation conducted by the Korean Commission for Corporate Partnership, being the first in the automotive parts industry to achieve this recognition.

In the “2023 Shared Growth Week Ceremony ” held in November, Kim Hyun-tae, the Purchasing Division Head of HYUNDAI TRANSYS , received the Presidential Commendation for introducing a payment linkage system to alleviate the burden on partner companies.
